Hi all, having a little problem that started a few days ago.
I use to be masturbating all the time and could get powerful erections and had no difficulty in getting one either from the start, all i have to do is just see something i like or start stroking my penis and i was good to go.
Now, yesterday, me and this girl were planning on having sex, during the day, we were foreplaying you can say, with clothes on and everything. I had a real hard erection while i was sitting and she sat right on me and i felt a little popping sound. i paid no attention to it.
later on when we were to have sex, i couldn't get an erection. i managed one a few years later and we did something but loss it (i know that can be normal when you're not in the action) but then couldn't get it back after. I thought it was all the situation because we were really in a situation to be caught so i figured it was my mind. when i reached home though i tried to masturbate and couldn't get hard. tried in the morning after and same story. same story the same evening although i did manage to get hard at one point and had a minute of sex. loss the erection very quickly after coming out to put on a condom that it couldn't go on.
i've ruled out emotions, that can't be it and it's not my mind, even when we talked kinky even up to last night, i couldn't get a powerful erection like i use to. it's not anything with my blood either, i'm a sportsman and can jog at a good pace for over 25 minutes and did blood test some months ago and even had a 15.5 reading for the haemoglobin.
I'll give another clue, guys, you know when you are stiff you can pull your penis upwards to you just with like trying to tighten the muscles down there like you're tightening the butt muscles, what i mean is, you can pull it upwards a certain extent without your hands - well, since that time, i can't do that. even when i do manage to get a little erection, the pull up isn't really noticeable.
Also, there is no sign of damage. no pain, no bruising look to the penis, feels the same except the erection is hard to come like it use to.
Also, even the girl did mention that the weeks before, as soon as she sat on me, the erections would come right away and hard.
Would appreciate your help guys, take into consideration everything i said.
Welcome to a new world... It's very important you don't let a woman press down hard with her body or hand on an upright hard erection because the Two cylinder-shaped chambers called the corpora cavernosa, which run the length of the penis and contain a maze of blood vessels and sinuses (cavities) can easily get damaged.
Your penis will never be the same again. You may still get great erections but not the same way.
"I'll give another clue, guys, you know when you are stiff you can pull your penis upwards to you just with like trying to tighten the muscles down there like you're tightening the butt muscles, what i mean is, you can pull it upwards a certain extent without your hands - well, since that time, i can't do that. even when i do manage to get a little erection, the pull up isn't really noticeable. "
>>>> I know what you mean. From now on, you may can get it to rise but it may not be as high as it use to be.
"Also, there is no sign of damage. no pain, no bruising look to the penis, feels the same except the erection is hard to come like it use to. "
>>>That is correct. All of the damage is internal. Doctors will not attempt to fix this problem because you are risking to make the condition worst.
Conclusion: Your best bet is to accept your penis for what it is. Don't let this become a psychological issue. Also PROTECT your penis from harm. You only have 1 penis. And taking small dosages of Viagra, Cialis or Levitra will help increase blood flow to the penis.
From hearing that i hope it's just a mind issue why and not what you mentioned. so are you still able to perform well? as in get erection, even though not as hard as they use to be? so you're saying getting good blood flow will still help the situation?
Your situation is not psychological. I read your problem very carefully and its very similar to my lifestyle now. I've been like since I was 20 and I am now 33.
It's very important men don't let women bounce on your penis the incorrect way because it can cause severe internal damage.
You can still get good enough erections to have sex but there will be grey days. And psychological issues can contribute as well.
I can still make my penis jump but nothing like it was a long time ago. I no longer get morning erections. And when I do get erections, they aim slightly downward. If I'm laying on my back, my penis is erect and leaning back to the side, sometimes it lay right on my stomach.
If you're going thru all this right now, welcome to my world but it's not the end of the world. I can still have great sex with women but I had to learn to accept my penis for what it is now...
Well, I did have a bit of erection this morning. and compare to yesterday morning when i tried to masturbate, the signs were more positive, yesterday it wouldn't even feel like the blood was coming to it but today it felt that way but didn't get that stiff. This is why i'm not really fusing about the situation, the improvement is already steady so i believe the damage is probably not much if any.
Seems like you did quite some damage there buddy, seeing you say you no longer have morning erections. my penis already list a bit to the left side way before this happened so mine like that won't be a guide for me to say it's like yours but i will like on my back the next time it's somewhat stiff and see what happens and report back to you. i know before if i lie on my back and i got stiff it would sit on my stomach, straight up, although a bit towards the left side.
Good steady improvement today my friend. Woke up with a bit of an erection, got some erections today too but not as hard as they were so that's progress from 2 days back when it seemed helpless not to get any. also, lie on my back and penis lays the same on the belly, isn't hanging to overly in favour of anyside more than a bit to the left like it was.
For some reason, porn never got me visually stimulated like that because I see porn as just porn (not reality). Now, if I wanted to get a full erection from watching porn, I had to stimulate myself thru self-pleasure (basically pretending the girl in the porn is doing those things to me). But one thing I always notice, when I let go of my penis (stop stimulating it), my erection would start to go down. I knew that wasn't normal. Other people say it should stay hard. Also, most of the time I was ejaculating with a half hard penis and I also knew that wasn't normal.
Recently I figured out WHY I was losing or not getting my erection with women vs. porn. Women cannot stimulate my penis like I can, I perfected it. Psychological issues and keeping my horny level down. When I hook up with women, my mind is feeling horny but my body is already feeling satisfied. Talk to my doc about it and he told me chill with self-pleasure for a while to see if that build confidence within me, increase desire for sex, and feel more for the need of women.
So, on 9-17-10 I decided to stop self pleasuring myself completely. Things have been working better for me since with women in the bedroom. I'm getting harder erections and I'm not feeling like I already satisfied myself.
Buddy, i've now realise that was my problem and not really the injury. After really thinking it through, i realised it was all a mind game. I was so use to porn and masturbating and being able to control my urges infront of ladies so that when it was finally time, it wasn't what the body was always accustomed to (hand stimulation and making images in my head etc) and after can't getting it up the first time, it played on my mind and made me not feel horny etc when seeing pictures, hot girls etc.
So, i'm going to stay off the porn and masturbation from now on, although i did masturbate last night and it felt like old times. Got some hard ons today but I am now of the believe that it's more psychological and physical. I haven't had much sleep lately, feeling a bit of guilt about something and also the part with being accustomed to the porn.
One more reason why i've written off it being injured is because from being a sportsman, I even know when i have the slightest of injury and there feels just the same. And i did forgot to mention that my mood was killed on that night too, due to a certain situation not allowing for things to happen and the girl rejecting me for a few times at first.
You sure you can stay away from masturbation? I know I can because I haven't done it for almost 2 months now.
I think what I couldn't figure out was duration refractory period. For example, if I was to masturbate tonight, how many nights do I have to go with no masturbation until my mind is completely free and really have the urge for real sex. Everyone is different. Some guys need a day and some need a week. I could never figure mines out so I just leaving my penis alone completely. I use to have masturbating one night and 2 nights later I get a random call from some female asking me to hook up. Mentally I know what to get with her but my mind and body are not one that night. So what happens, no erection and no sex= disappointed woman. So now I just don't masturbate period so I can ready at all times. However, my psychological issues still tend to get in the way sometimes. I have so many bad sex experiences from the past that I'm always thinking something is going to go wrong. I wish I could forget my past.
