First, relax. You are 26, no rush.  Try longer fore play with your wife and if she doesn't mind pick up a couple of porn flicks.  Sometimes, we men require a little more attention in the penis area to keep it up because we too need stimulation just like our women do.  Quit thinking sex has to last for 45 minutes to 2 days straight.  If the wife is satisfied, it is all green.  There are other ways to bring satisfaction without intercourse.  Your erections are a part of your mood.  If you are so worried about keeping it, your body shuts down.  Keep your mind on pleasing the misses and she will do the same.  You can improve ejaculation by doing kalgel exercises which is tightening the pelvic muscles and releasing.  Do this a couple of times a day while reading or watching tv.  Lastly, a fit man is a better lover.  If you don't exercise, you are loosing points in the bed.  Get active and Mr. Winky will be happier.
