Facing problems after Lumbar Herniated Disc Surgery (Microdiscectomy)
I have gone through this surgery when I was 22. I think that was because of over ejaculation and now I am 26 years old this herniated disc has started to cause problems again for me.
The reason I think is masturbation again because I'm not being able get rid of this habit.
My Questions are...
1. I'm still single, so, how can I revover this damage that I have done to my back?
2. In near future when I get married, Can this back issue cause problems in my sexuel life, if yes then how should I prepare my self for that?
