Fairly bright red patches on scrotum

I have done a little research, and am reading a lot of people with red scrotums, and lots of vagueness in terms of what it is and how to treat it. People are unsure of the cause, etc. I have patches of red, raw spots on my scrotum, mostly on the right. One spot is much larger then the others, some are real small. I am looking to do what I can to heal this. If it is simply raw from itching, or if this is something that can be treated and diagnosed properly, I am looking to find out these answers. I have had unprotected sex with just one woman a couple months back, and stupidly did not shower and clean up after each time. Maybe this is caused by vaginal fluids, or possibly just a simply reaction to the soap I use, etc? Any help is appreciated, as this seems to be a fairly popular issue with less popular definitive answers. Thanks.

probably just sweat rash mate , keep it clean and dry and maybe use some fungal cream ,go to a chemist and explain they will gve you cream to treat it . i cant tell you as it varies from country to country. get checked for stds just in case as you will only worry at evry spot . good luck x x
