Feeling very bad, i think i have a migraine or something.

I don't think this belongs under mens health issues, but i didn't know where else to ask. Ok so here are the symptoms: Jabbing headache in temple whenever i stand up after sitting or sleeping, it is also accompanied by a weird unpleasant sensation that i think is vertigo, coughing, ocassional nausea, lowered appetite, lack of energy, shivers, slightly blurred vision that is barely noticeable, and soreness in neck. I have self diagnosed it as a migraine but im unsure. I just need to know exactly what i have and how i can treat it. Also how serious it is.

The only thing worse than diagnosing yourself is to try to get someone on the internet to diagnose you.  Would you go to a doctor who tells you that he is not a real doctor, that he can only make wild guesses as to what is wrong?
It could be a lot of things, some serious some not.  Go get it checked out.
