First Time Burning

I have had sex for the first time with a girl I did not know very well. I wore a condom, we had sex for about 20 minutes and for some reason, I do not know, I could not ejaculate, so I ended the sex. I went down on the girl for about 2 minutes. About a day after I began noticing a very dull pain in the tip of my penis, sometimes its not even that noticeable, also I have been using the bathroom more frequently. I asked the girl, she said she had been tested 3 times before and was clean. I do not know if she was telling the truth or what. Also I got a cold about 4 days after, and its the middle of the summer. Im not sure if that has anything to do with it but i figure id say it anyways. I have been drinking a lot of soda lately, and kidney stones run in my family. I would go to the doctor, but i have no health insurance, someone please help me!
