Fleshy piece of skin near the anus

I was looking at my anus using a mirror the other day, and found a small piece of flesh near the opening.. I was wondering what it is, and if I should be worried/go to the doctor about it?

Sounds like a skin tag. If you don't have pain with BMs or anal sex, don't worry about it.
