Fordyce Spots? Molluscum? Something else?

I have had small white bumps on my foreskin for a couple years now. They are painless and not itchy. Usually I would think fordyce spots but they seem to be clustered and I'm not sure if that is normal. They are very small, around the size of a period on a piece of paper. I can provide pictures however I'm not sure how to upload and attach them to my question.
