Frequent urination

I am 47 years old married man. The problem I am facing is that I have to go for urination frequently, 7 to 9 times a day & once during night, & always after urination the urine continues to dribble even after waiting for minutes. I don’t feel any kind of pain during urination. My urine analysis report is quite normal. The ultrasound of KUB indicates both the kidneys in normal sizes and shapes. Urinary bladder is well-outlined & its walls are smooth and regular.However,Pre-micturition volume is 603.6ml,while Post-micturition shows mild residual urine i.e 52.7ml.
Sir, what could be the possible reason/cause of this condition, & how it can be managed/treated properly.
