Got cut in November.... Please help!

Hi guys...
I got cut in November 2008 (due to phimosis) and have never looked back since. I have not regretted it
but have noticed a couple of things which worry/annoy me.
(1) When getting oral sex it feels really tickly, so much so, I need to stop them doing it, it feels really
strange. I dont know if this is the way its supposed to feel but im worried.
(2) I had full sex and my penis has swollen up. Its not really that sore, but has swollen up and looks angry, lol...
Please help! as I said its been 5 months or so!
