Grayish Color in tip of penis

I'm an 18 year old male and have only had 2 sexual partners. Both whom I had protected sex with but also had oral sex with (unprotected of course). I have noticed my penis to have a grayish color in the underside of the tip at times, and the outside of the head always seem to have a red color like its irrated or been jerked too hard ( havent masturbated in at least two weeks to see if it would go away. ) I havent been tested for any STD's and was wondering if I should. One of my partners was when I was 16 and the other has been from 17 towards now. My now girlfriend and sex partner claims to have no symptons of anything, just wanted some outside info. Thanks.

Your description doesnt sound like any STD. I think that your anxiety may be magnifying what you believe is an STD. Its not an STD, maybe just a skin irritation if that. See a derm for a better diagnosis, which will likely be nothing serious.
