I have a very high sex drive means my body needs alot of sex in order to ***. For me its normal to have a *** 4 to 5 times a week. Its not that something i want but its something the way how my body works and which i dont like.
Q1: Is it normal for some of u guys to have that high sex drive?
Q3: How many times a week would you normally *** on average?
Q2: Anything in terms of food, pills, herbals that i can take to reduce my urge?
To clarify, i am physically, mentally and emotionally a very normal person like u but with high sex drive.
What makes you think that is a higher than normal sex drive? How old are you? I think sex drive can fluctuate at different points in life, and can have a lot to do with your age and physical and emotional health. Ejaculating 4 or 5 times a week does not seem like anything to worry about to me, as long as they are not spontaneous ejaculations (ejaculating with little or no intentional stimulation). I have known plenty of guys that ejaculate (either through masturbation or sex) daily or even multiple times daily and have normal sex and social lives. 4-5 times a week was pretty normal for me a few years ago, although my needs are a little less now (I am 30).
In some cultures, masturbation is discouraged, so if you are masturbating that often to achieve relief, what you are experiencing may be related more to the guilt or shame that you feel rather than abnormal sexual appetite. I think your sex drive is normal and healthy and any attempt to reduce something that is functioning normally and healthy could only have undesireable negative impact later on. I would say don't worry about it; there is nothing abnormal about what you are describing. Take care of things when you need to, but mix in a little self-control if it is affecting your emotional health.
First of all thanks because i thought 5 times a week is abnormal for a 29 years old. By the way i had high sex drive since always and i thought it would reduce with time but thats not the case. I need as much sex as when i was 16. Some of my friends, i know don't have that much drive that makes me think that i need more self control and be a little disciplined. Also i wanted to hear from some of you guys so that i feel and understand better.
I know what u r saying about masturbation, the fact that it effects ur mental and emotional health more than anything in some cultures.
A general rule of thumb is as long as you're not avoiding work, school or friends in order to stay home and masturbate all the time, and you're not spending more money than you can afford on masturbation accessories, it's not really a problem. Certainly five times a week is hardly excessive at any age. In fact, I don't even think it's indicative of a very high sex drive at all. As far as I'm concerned, your sex drive is what it is, and you'd probably be happier just working to accept yourself as you are. You got very good advice from the other poster :-)
I would say it depends on your age. If your 18 then 4-5 times a week is probably a little low. If your 40 then your doing better then most.
I go through faises, ill go weeks with out caring and then ill need it 3-5 times a day for a few weeks. Fill my tank as it were...
Wow for the longest time I was always told I Was like abnormal or had a serious hormonal imbalance for having a really high sex drive for a girl of 23 years old. I've been interested and thinking about sex since for ever and I always thought I was different or had an elevated level of testosterone in my body
That is nothing dude. I am 30 years old male and 5 times a week is nothing. I can control how many times a week I can have sex, however, I keep a couple of girlfriends at a time and can easily do it 5 times a day. I have notice that my desire for sex decreases the longer I have been with that girl. I tend to keep a high sex drive by going out with diff. girls. A high sex drive is good because it increases your testosterone levels and you can gain massle mass a lot easier. You might want to take some protein shakes and go to the gym to take advantage of a high sex drive, but in your case you shouldn't worie about it, acctually you should be taking some testosterone bosters.
Im 21 years old, and I'm a US Marine. I've heard comparisons but now i wanna add and ask, is wanting sex 3-5 times a day and still masturbating at least 3 times a day classify as high sex drive so you figure that's 6-10 ejaculations a day, is that normal for a 21 year old or am i just really over reactive. Oh and my last girlfriend, we would have sex and 10 minutes later i was ready to go again and again. What can I do, she couldn't take. Really is this normal or should i get checked out, cuz in a way its kind of annoying. All in all, im looking at 30-50 times a week, please help.
when I was 20 I was doing it 7-10 times a week with no problems. I am now 30 and I would say I would like to be doing it 4-5 times a week. I personally don't think that is high for a male. I believe (opinion) that women vary a lot more than men with their sexual needs. Is it possible your partner is making you think you are abnormal?
I am a married 30 year old man and i believe having sex 3 or 4 times a day or more is normal for a guy, but if your having sex with the same woman she going to make you feel like your a sex addicted, and have you thinking your sex drive is really high. But if your single and sleeping with multiple women you may not feel like your sex drive is high. Stay single men if you do not have self control, and just have to have it.
