HIV + STD's freaked out and suicidal!

by iamsostupid, Mar 02, 2007 12:00AM
I slept with a £150 per hour 21 year old lithuanian Escort. On the website it said she was new, & she told me she'd only been escorting for 3 days. there was chemistry straightaway & we started kissing, & we ended up sex with a condom for about 1 hour. eventually 1.5 hours had passed, & she told me to stay & not worry about the time. We kissed had oral, both performed & recieved, & eventually as I kept having to put condoms on, she told me to forget the condom.  at first I said no, but I gave in like the idiot I am.  We then had sex for about 10-15mins unprotected.  Afterwards I felt really bad & kept asking her if she had tests, however her english was limited & difficult to get exact answers from her.  she said she never did this before, & had a boyfriend before.  I'm not sure if she does IV drugs, said she didn't though had smoke herion a couple of times.  She had no visible needle marks so I'm not sure.  After a week I started to have lower abdominal pains (possibly from anxiety) then I noticed 2 weeks later the glands on the right hand side of my groin were swollen & tender to the touch.  I did notice that I had an ingrown hair near the glands which looked inflammed, & seemed to be more under the skins almost boil like but much much smaller but it is tendor to touch.

look you had a heterosexual risk. given she was a prostitute your risk is somewhat higher than your average joe. bottom line your risk assesment for one time encounter is 1/2000 or 1/1000, unprotected. get an hiv antibody test for hiv 1/2 @ 6 weeks then at 13 weeks to be deffinitive and conclusive. also i must add, symptoms are never, ever, ever a reliable indicator of a new hiv infection. ars is the initial symptoms a newly infected person and is from 7-10 days lasting a few weeks. and always include fever, lymphadenopathy, headaches malaise.and etc.etc. i must also add you have a full std panel, you have a higher chance of being infected with herpes, clammydia, gonnorrhea, hpv and syphylis. im not trying to scare you but these are the facts...i must also say that your 6 wks ab test will be a better indicator of what your 13 wks ab test be, than any symptom.
