HOW SHOULD A GUY TAKE TESTOSTERONE

HELLO I FOUND OUT I HAVE LOW TESTOSTERONE AND I WANNA KNOW HOW SHOULD I TAKE TESTOSTERONE. DO I TAKE IT ONCE A MONTH. AND DO I HAVE TO CYCLE IT LIKE 3 MONTHS ON 1 MONTH OFF.

Best to consult an endocrinologist to see how and to determine if you need it. If you don't need it and take it anyway, the body will "aromatize" or convert excess Testosterone to estradiol (estrogen). You don't need that. What happens next is you can develop "***** ****" or gyecomastia and need surgery to correct it.
Be careful and ask medical experts as well as do your own research. Don't rely on your buddy at the gym or some guy like me, as an expert.
