I have HSV 1. I had one outbreak, bumps on my lips. Kinda nervous. Do these outbreaks usually happen in the same areas? Will it spread to other parts? Without any symptoms and medication how contagious is it? Thanks in advance?

HSV can spread to other parts of your body, as it becomes latent in initial infection. almost 90% of adults have hsv1 infection

You may have occasional outbreaks on your mouth.  It won't spread to other parts on its own.  It is contagious when sores are present and slightly when no sores are not present.  I wouldn't be concerned as something like 85% of the US population has this. You can take meds as soon as you feel the tingle and it will help reduce the outbreak.  There is lots of info in the STD section regarding this.
