HUGE black lump on penis during sex.

I am a 34 year old white male.
recently, when having sex with my girlfiend, i felt a huge pain in my penis.
I withdrew, and to my horror, a huge black lump had appeared on the side of my penis. It was the size of a golf ball, and very, very painful. after some time the lump went down, but now my whole penis has turned black. Passing water is painful, and erections undecribable.
Can anybody tell me what happened and what to do?

i would say you injured your penis and are experiencing internal bleeding.go to a hospital as soon as possible.
