Had unprotected sex and secard of harpes

I had unprotected sex with a friend that I know for a while and then we had oral sex and I noticed that he had about 7 pimpules that are spread from each other. The pimpule are not too big but not very small ethier and they are all around the penis. they are close to his genetals so... far from the head and it felt like they were hard. I asked him what about them and he said that he dosent know where it came from but that they never harted him or itched and that it is now like dead skin. Two days later I got a coldsore in my lips but it can be from stress as I get them regularly. Im really sceard that it is hearps although it didnt look like the pics I have seen... Can someone plz help me Im really sceard!!!
