Help me

My name is Myles my left testicle is way bigger then my right and I some times get pains in them. Also my penis is has pimple like spots all over it. If u could give me some answers I would be grateful it been like this and slowly getting worse since I was 11 years old and I'm 17 now iv been to scared to tell any one and have not seen I doctor it's really been screwing with me emotionally making me depressed I can't seem to deal with life iv been skipping lots of school. I have lots of friends but none of them know I'm scared and need help. I might kill my self.

this is both medical and psychological and should be approached both ways. Drs. see and hear stuff all the time-heck women give birth so you need to see dr. genital pimples are not uncommon but I want you to make sure that is what it is and get treated either way. then you should try to see a male therapist. My sons circumcision get messed up and when he started having sex I took him right to the urologist and therapist and gave him a xanax for the dr. as he was freaking. he is much better now.never let things like this fester!

It is time to see a doctor!  Worrying about it is not going to help.  Either there is a problem or the doctor can ease your concerns.
