Hip groin and pelvic pain

IT IS HARD TO WALK DUE TO TIREDNESS AND PAIN IN HIPS,PELVIC AND GROIN AREAS. IT SEEMS TO BE STRESS RELATED.There is a constant tightness throbbing in these areas that worsens as I walk or move.It always lessens in minutes after any activity. Walk for a couple of minutes and it worsens again. I can not release or relax the tightness esp. in the pelvic area even when lying down. My entire legs will not lay completely down on the bed.I have even begun grinding my teeth .  It subsides within a few minutes after moving or walking. It has been going on for 5 years and is getting much worse. I am 60 yrs old. I 1st noticed it shortly after a break up. I was devastated. Other stress related things came into play there after.  Got any ideas ?

I would also suggest getting a prostate exam. Many times these are done during annual physicals.

Hello,

I would suggest a prostate exam. If you already did may be several things like nerve and muscular disorder. Stress can cause many disconfort but for 5 years now I am thinking may be another reason.

Let me know how things are going!

Take care!
