How can i deal with ED when I'm only 17?

I'm 17 and I no longer have anxiety performance or anything like that. I'm pretty used to sex by now. But when I'm about to enter my girlfriend's vagina, I get a little limp and not hard enough to penetrate and other times, just about hard enough, but again not rock hard. When I'm already inside of her, I slowly start to lose my erection.  I have always used a condom. I don't smoke or drink. I'm very physically fit (play soccer 2 hours a day), and very very healthy. I'm always in the mood for sex and always use a condom.  Yet I don't even get morning erections anymore. I also eat very healthy, and make sure zinc is in my diet.
I masturbate quite a lot (2 times a day, minimum). If i ever stopped doing it, i would ejaculate 30 seconds into sex, and that would be whole different problem itself.
Are there any natural spices or anything recommended to increase circulation if that's the issue?
Please stop telling us teenagers to go see a doctor. WE'RE TEENAGERS. Most of us need our parent's consent. Where should i go to seek help? Dont tell me i should wait to have sex either cause if  don't tackle this problem now, its gonna get worse when I'm an adult. I'm not gonna take viagra either. First of all, I'm 17!!! Where the heck am i gonna find some?  Second, I  don't want to depend on it, its really expensive. I thought sex was supposed to be one of nature's free gifts?

I just want my rock hard erections back, when I masturbate and have sex.
