How do I tell if I have peyronies??

Im and underage teenager and about 10 months ago I bought a sex toy thing any ways I used it for some reason after my penis hurt. After about 1 week the pain was a lot less and only when becoming erect and on one side one erect it was fine. So after about 3 weeks all pain was gone there was no visual bruising nor severe change in my penis. Any ways my penis is still growing I think but at this time my penis was 7 inches it has grown since then so I doubt there is a loss in size but recently I have been really nervous all the time I can't stop dwelling on it. I think I'm fine I have no problem holding an erection and my penis seems a little more curved maybe not to sure but there is an indent I have always had on the left side of my penis below the foreskin I think its cause of the veins there however It seems after I masturbate my penis has like a small indented ring around where my fingers where and not like those crazy looking ones. I have attempted to feel for the nodule things but havent found anything except a one area but thats only when erect and i again think its veins. Basically my penis was 100% fine but as soon as I heard about peyronies I had one stressfull night and now its all i can think about also in pictures from the back side there doesnt seem to be any diffrence atm my penis is around 7.5 in length but im scared il lose it some how from this idk why im just freaking out also my girth has increased from about 5.5 to 5.9 to 6 i dont think i have peyronies but im just so stressed recently I have to masturbate all the time just to stop thinking about it and my **** gets hard thats not a problem at all.
