How do I treat this? Is it a fungal infection?

about 6 months ago I had sex with a girl. I also used a dirty towel to shower the next morning, that I used to clean a spot the carpet floor that I spilled liquor on. Anyway a bump appeared , that bump is gone now. But I've noticed slight itching in groin area, base sides of penis, balls. And I've also noticed itching near anus. What is this? There's also a pink raised bump on my groin, it doesn't hurt or anything, I don't think think I can pop it either. Prior to it appearing, there was a hard bump underneath the skin that i tried to pop, a tiny bit of puss came out, and then some blood. Idk if that matters to you guys. I am experiencing no other symptoms besides this pink Raised bump that has disappeared in one spot but reappeared in another, and slight groin itchig and itching near the anus.
