I HAVE A REALLY GOOD QUESTION!

by ssseans22, Apr 16, 2007 12:00AM
hi im a 22 year old male and im thinking about trying hcg shots to increase my testosterone levels. is it ok if i take a 1500iu shot of hcg and how often should i take one like once a week. i heard that a shot of 1500iu raises testosterone levels 2.5-3fold 250-300% that would be nice.

Did you discuss this with a doctor?

Has a doctor approved of this?

Used for health reasons?

If not, I don't recommend it.

HCG is analogous to LH which stimulates the testicles into making more testosterone. 1500iu is way too much for a dose. The problem with taking it is that it could suppress natural production from your pituitary gland resulting in HPTA suppression. You definitely don't want this. Research natural ways to increasing your testosterone instead of this way as there is great cost to outbalancing your bodies hormonal state.
