I HAVE SMALL WHITE BUMPS ON MY PENIS

i have bumps between the crown & shaft of my penis their small & white. I think they are called cyst, yea they really are not a distraction or anything. but i hate seeing them their i have busted them before but new ones replaced them. but im not going to mess with them anymore because it takes to long to heal & is very painful. i need to know how can i get rid of them, i heard quite a few suggestions but i really do not know which is the safest surgery perhaps? I just dont wanna make a big deal out of it because its nothing i heard it was very common, i do not think it belongs their though.
