I have a Rash sized moveable lump underneath penis skin?
Hi everyone.
I have some sort of lump(you might say) which is size of a rash and you can't usually feel it, You can feel it by touching it. It feels as if it moves along with skin or you might say it's just attached underneath skin bcoz when I drag that portion of skin back and touch it's initial position, I don't feel it there.
I am barely 17 and yay I masturbateband frequency depends on conditions which are boredom and depression. If these conditions are absent, I may not even masturbate for a week or 10 days.
