I have a pea sized lump deep under my skin on the tip of the penis

Hello, I am 15 years old and recently I found out that I have a pea sized lump beneath my skin on tip of my penis. When i touch/squeeze it, it doesn't give me any irritation or pain also, its not movable. also the skin on top of the lump are a bit sinked in which show me little pit. I was searching around a google about what this was and I think it might me a small cyst. If it is, is it curable or is it not? Can it be very dangerous to my health/life?

Any syst should be examined by a doctor. It may be quite harmless of it may be serious in the future. Please ask your parents to help you to consult a doctor. One should not  be shy of consulting for the health issue.
