I have a penile implant. In which order should I use vac.pump and viagara?

I have a inflatable implant.  I use it together with a vacuum pump and also viagara and muse.  In what order should i use the last three.?

That doesn't make sense.
The implant is supposed to provide the firmness you need.
Not that I have heard of everything (far from it), but if Viagra works, you won't need the muse and if the muse works, you won't need the viagra. If you're saying it takes both, I don't think any physician would prescribe that; it doesn't sound healthy.
Why isn't the implant working?
