I have a varicose vein on my testical could it effect penis size

I was diagnosed with a varicosile vein 3 years ago I am 17 and have recieved regular ultra sounds I've looked all over the internet and cannot find an answer to this

I have a varicocele too, while mine was diagnosed later than yours, I can say that my size hasn’t diminished at all. The blood flow to the testicles doesn’t affect the blood flow to toe penis. The only think I could think of getting one that early could possibly be testosterone production messing with development but that’s just highly unlikely. Pretty sure there’s no direct correlation between size and T levels. If your testes don’t shrink ten your T levels should be fine
