I have pain in chest bones.

I have pain in chest bones. pain only happen when I turn and pressure on bones/Chest other wise in normal situation like  in breathing I not feel any pain.

it is more then 5 months and the pain location change every month

I have done x-ray and ecg but both are normal please suggest what I do..
