I have pimples on my penis

I have what look exactly like little white heads all over my pinis shaft and the underside of my corona. A few appeared a couple of weeks ago and now there are more of them. it seems like there haven't been too many more appearing lately though. They do not itch or burn and I have only seen one picture of HPV that looks even remotely similar. They especially don't look like any of the pictures I have seen of herpies (herpes) but maybe they were all pictures of classical cases. I have a girlfriend who I am sexually active with and she is not showing any of these symptoms. I'm really freaking out so any help would be great.

They are most likely just pearly papules. It is normal penile skin.

Flyboye, I have similar problems with my genital area and I was wondering if you have been tested or found out any other further information? I'm worried about this myself and I'm nervouse to have sex right now because of them.
