I have red small lesions sore on my penis and it don't go away
I had sex 3 months ago and after one month I noticed red lesions sore on penis and it gets worse after touching or masturbating.it becomes red and tiny sores on penis.i don't know the reason it's still same it didn't heal or anything.what this can be? Herpes sores usually heal ? I don't have any breakout or blister watery.im just concerned what this can be
