I'm alittle worried

I'd say for three or four weeks once in awhile I'll wake up and my arm is asleep.  Today I've been having problems I kinda feel funny not normal like i'm remembering dreams but don't remember having them. I'm 40 slight over weight like 10-15 pounds, but recently lost 7 lbs in a week. I've been on high protein diet for over a week now.  Whey protein shakes for breakfast and dinner, and have been getting over some allergies.  do you have any clue what might be going on?

couple times been left sometimes the right gets tingle.  I woke up today feeling better.  I think I may have had a really bad sinus infection and the new diet probably didn't help. I don't have health insurance so I can't really afford to goto the doctors.  Thanks for the great health reform:0)

You could be sleeping on your arm, you could have a pinched nerve, or you may want to see your Dr to find out what's going on. Which arm is it?
