hello doctor,

i'm on my 24th day of no PMO. Yesterday i really felt like a man.. yes, i had morning wood after so many years. Not so strong, but really felt that something is down there. is it a positive sign of my improvement or any other side effects of totally refraining from porn and masturbation.

i've made a short term plan of "Project 56". 56 days of no PMO. I m moving towards it.. but while travelling in a public transport like bus, i tend to get erection and it stays for sometime..if you have anything to say abt this please let me know...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Wet dreams or nocturnal emission is known as spontaneous orgasm. It is very common in teenage and few people even experience this after 20 years. It is probably because you have been not involved in masturbation and sexual activity. It will go away once you are involved in sexual activities. It is not a pathological problem and will not affect your relationship in future.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

In this process i had two wet dreams one on the 12th and 14th day. I've read that my condition is something related to porn induced
ED. its been said tat it takes minimum of 8 weeks to see the results.. but will this wet dreams has any impact in my recovery process..

THANKS FOR UR ADVICE.
I've stopped watching porn for 15 days. when i used to watch porn i used to get 75 to 80% erection. but when i want to have sex, initially it will be good but eventually drops off.. it gets up by stimulation but goes off immediately.. i know i'v e killed mysef, but i m desperate to get it back.. i m 25 years old..
also i've another problem.. i dont know wat causes me to do that.. when i used to watch porn my interest will not be in normal sex.. more interest will be in hidden cam, some unethical sex etc... i'll lose my mind if i get into a crowded bus, crowded street... i know all these things are immoral and i try to control my activities but couldnt. even when i'm having this problem now i get attracted towards such things.. i dont know wat to do... i'm also having a lot of memory problem in recent days. i could figure out everthing is interrelated..

is there anything else which makes me to forget all these things and erase it off from my memory.. i 've started to workout now, quitted porn and reduced to consumption of cigarette and alcohol.. is there anything else i can do.,,, please let me know... i need my young days back....

Hello,
At your age and with the history of watching porn, it looks like the erection problem is psychological in nature. In many cases, it is a temporary condition that will go away with little or no treatment. If you have difficulty having or keeping an erection more than 25% of the time, it is considered a problem.
Watch less porn, indulge in hobbies like reading or gardening, eat nutritious healthy food, exercise regularly and cut down on smoking or alcohol if you are taking it.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
