Just so you know, all 13 year olds masturbate a lot. A *lot*. And masturbation is perfectly normal and healthy, no matter how old you are :-)
As for the rest, it all sounds normal. It's doubtful that you really do have enlarged lymph nodes; very few people are good judges of what is really "enlarged". It's also extremely doubtful that you have a urinary tract infection; they're very uncommon in guys. However, if you've had unprotected intercourse with someone else and are having any discharge, it would be a good idea to see your doctor.
What I'm most concerned about is your depression. Have you talked to your parents about how you're feeling? Or maybe your guidance counselor? It really helps to have someone to talk to.
And I have told my mother about my swollen lymph nodes and she took me to the doctor and he said that that's that it was, and he just sent me home. He just sent me home because the main reason I was there is because I have really bad headaches that last all day, and it takes me about 4-7 hours to fall asleep after I go to bed.
