Irritated meatus and tingling tight feeling from prostrate and up my urethra

So the 7th of August I had unprotected oral and protected inter course with a lady from Thailand (not a sex worker and claimed shes been tested and is clean.
Noting that took a Viagra before this (my first time).
Immediately within hours my penis started to swell and got very wide. Being very paranoid I washes my penis twice a day with soap and then 2 days later I developed red flat rashes all over my penis.
I had this checked after a week and the Dr told me it seems like irritation from all the soap and to just wash with clean warm water.
I have been doing this since and the rash has slowly cleared up.
However, the last few days either my prostate or hemmarhoids are giving me symptoms such as
-frequently urinating
-pressure in rectum and feeling of constantly needing to defecate
-pressure in urethral tube
-and the last 2 days my meatus has become slightly irritated and red after masturbation.

However, I am experiencing no real pain, no discharge, no bumps or lesions and no other relates symptoms.
I'm getting my results on Tuesday for either chlam or ghonn, but for symptoms to persist immediately after sex was weird to me.

The Dr seems to think it shouldn't be an STD and that
1. The Viagra caused swelling and trauma of the penis
2. Washing with soap caused inflammation of the head glands.

But now I am wondering what this pressure in my prostate area/ urethra is?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
