Irritation/sensitivity of the glans of penis/urethra

Well about four days ago I had sex, which was protected, but the condom broke. The day after I noticed that my penis was sensitive and a little irritated, and still is slightly (it was pretty rough). Also, it doesnt hurt, but feels a little strange when I urinate (noticed this about 18 hours after intercourse) and I noticed a few, very small, pin sized bumps on the glans of my penis. I'm just worried this might be something more than just irritation. Otherwise, I feel fine, just a little nervous I guess (cant stop thinking about it). Any advice/insight would be much appreciated.
