Is there a way to correct my penis shaft getting thinner?

I am 25 in shape decent weight when this happened I was skinnier, now I noticed a couple of years back maybe 3 years starting at the base of my penis, my girth went inward, almost as if you had an audio wire of x length and you cut the rubber/teflon surrounding off on one side and worked your way to the other side leaving only the copper wire exposed. This worked its way up to the top of my penis, whole process took months. Now my penis is uniform, but im certain it is not as girthy as it would have been had that process not happened. Im not sure if it is collapsed spongy tissue, or ripped tissue. I have no idea what caused it or if it was damaged, or if it is some sort of condition. Also noticed this almost immediately after taking BCAA supplements(not sure if that makes a difference). I should say that my penis is curved not sure if that makes a difference. I also used to masturbate quite a bit. I would like to know what happened if anyone knows and if there is anyway to reverse it via exercise, food, nutrients, or maybe by being super easy on my penis for a while. I never went to urologist because I was in college would have had to tell parents, and would have been awkward / embarrassing.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
