Itchy Dry Penis

I apologize in advance for double posting, I posted orignally on the STD forum, but found it may be better fit here.
Recently my girlfriend and I were curious and wondered what Viagra would be like. I took a full pill and for a few hours we had sex, however it ended in her using her hand, dry and vigorously, to finish it. Shortly after, the erection went away. The next day the skin on my penis, mostly around the head, became very dry (like a sand paper feeling) and constantly itchy. As far as the itching goes, it seems to get worse as its itched or if I wear loose fitting clothes to where it can rub. The itchy feeling is almost absent or very mild if it is just left alone. This has persisted for the past 1 1/2 - 2 weeks and doesnt seem to be getting any better. If it makes any difference, we are both 21 and both have genital warts (none appear to be visible at the moment).
Could this be a side effect of the viagra, an STD or just a fluke from being to rough?

i think it is just from the rough sex.but if it lasts for another few weeks or gets worse you should go to a dermatologist and get checked out.
