Itchy skin and red painless kind of pimple spot on penis tip

I'm 19 and around 2 weeks ago I started getting really itchy out of pretty much nowhere and there are no visible rashes, bumps except on my thighs there are maybe 6 - 10 small red bumps but I'm assuming they're flea bites because I have 2 cats and a dog and I itch just about everywhere on my body. It's not so severe that it interferes with my daily life but it is rather annoying. Then around the same time a rather large red spot came up on the tip of my penis it kind of resembles a pimple but it doesn't itch, it's not painful I wouldn't even know it was there. I'm not positive yet but it looks like there could possibly be another one forming near it. I don't have any painful urination either. I have had unprotected sex with my girlfriend but the first time we did was over 4 months ago and she's clean at least to my knowledge. Any ideas?
