Itchy testicles

Hello there, 28 year old male here, shower daily! I am 6 ft and 189 lbs. I don't consider myself overweight. I have had very itchy testicles, from my scrotum to my testicles and a little on my buttocks. I started using an anti-fungal cream, however, found that it wasn't working. I went to the doctors and she had a quick look and prescribed me Nystatin for jock itch. I have no pimples, blisters or warts. I have been finding no relief from the Nystatin, and have been also using Gold Bond medicated powder in between morning and night treatments. Any idea what this could be if it is not jock itch?
I have tried everything! I did see my doctor three times and was tested for both chlamydia and gonorrhea, coming back negative?
I do have Colitis.
Can anyone provide some helpful information?

I had jock itch and none of the creams or sprays for it worked.  I tried a home remedy I found on the internet , and it worked. I wipe down the effected area at lest a few time a day with rubbing alcohol. The alcohol kills all the bacteria, cleans everything and evaporate to not leave any moisture for more bacteria to grow on. It did it in a few weeks and got better in days.
