Itchy/tingling penis and red spots

I recently had sex with my girlfriend and am now worried I might have an STD. About a day or two after having sex I noticed some small red lumps, about 3/4 on the penis head and a small spot on the outer shaft. The lumps do not look like blisters and aren't really sensitive to touch. I am uncircumcised also.

The penis head itches slightly but other than this I have had no ill effects or discomforts. Can anyone shed any light on this subject?
