I've an erection problem

Hi,

I'm 23 years old. I'm also healthy.

Recently, I tried to have sex, but I found that my penis was only semi-hard, especially at the "head". Thus, when I tried to penetrate her, I realised that I couldn't push it in, as it would be bent, especially in the head. This is the first time i am having sex. However, i was totally not nervous about it at all, so i don't think that nervousness is the problem.

Also, I notice that it is only semi-hard, and especially at the edge of the penis, when I masturbate.

Is there anyone who could provide advice on what is the cause of the problem, and also the solution?

Thank you so much for your time.

Sean

That may be caused by a stress, small quantity of a night sleep or small physical activity. I advise more to sleep, be engaged in physical training and a good food. And also to refrain from masturbation one-two weeks and after that to have sex and to look, that will change.
If improvements will not be - you can get evaluated by a physician.

Good luck!
