Knee Swelling

Knee swelling

My left knee and ankle has been swollen for approx. one month.  A few times the knee has become quite large and unbendable.  It does not cause much pain though, only a little ache.

I had my knee x-rayed and the x-rays are normal.  I also had a lupus test and that was ok also.

Can you suggest what I should do now?

Thank you

If it's been going on for a month, it's time for a Dr. to see it no matter what.  There is seriously nothing more you can do right now, it's obviously not temporary and could be something serious.
