Knee injury and pain

I have recently hurt my left knee maybe seriously while I was walking on sidewalk for 90 min.  Should I apply R.I.C.E. I feel pain when I walk. When will this be okay? Will I need to see a doctor(physician or orthopedist),and or get physio?

First, consult a  General Physician because they are highly trained specialists who provide a range of non-surgical health care to adult patients. They care for complicated, serious or unusual medical problems and continue to see the patient until these issues have resolved or stabilized.
