Left Abdominal Pain/ testicle pain brought on minutes after first drink of alcohol

Every once in a while I will get the following symptoms that occur only after drinking alcohol. they occur within a few min of having my first drink and last anywere from 10 min to 30 min or so. The pain and symptoms are the same weather I stop drinking immediatly or continue drinking and never return as I drink.This has happened
10-15 times over the past year or so
Symptoms
-Severe stabbing pain on my left side along or slightly below the
belt line and 2-4 inches from my belly button.
-Pain in 1 or sometimes both testicles
-Fever or hot flashes(Ive never actually taken my temperature during)
-feeling like i have to urinate but not able to urinate very much and the    
pain intensifies while I am trying to urinate

I dont know if its related but I will also sometimes get severe pain in my testicles after ejaculation and occasionaly have trouble maintaining an errection

Im a 34 year old white male 6-1 235 and havent had any major health problems in my history other then kidney stones over 8 years ago
