Left testicle swollen and pain

I am 14 years old and my left testicle is swollen and hard compared to my right one. I wore some very tight boxers and my left testicle was hurting for quite a while. I thought that this caused the pain and swelling.I rubbed my fingers down the left side of my testicle and this caused me great pain. Anything that moved them such as walking down stairs or being slightly sat on them caused me pain. 1-2 weeks later (aproximately) it still huirts but very mildly compared to what it was. Do uyou think this will just go away. Thanks in advance.
