Left testicular and abdomen pain

To Anyone Who can help,
I am a WM, 39 yo and I recently started having left testicular pain and pain in my left abdomen. It is sometimes accompanied by pain in my lymph node area and left hamstring area. I have also been feeling tired and not had alot of energy. I told my doctor and he did an exam on me. He didn't give me much information except that he felt something, he said it could be as simple as a hernia or may be something else. He wasn't very reassuring. He set me up an appointment with the Surgery Clinic and said that they may be able to give me more information with X-rays and other tests. I have since examined myself and don't really feel anything but when he did it he went upwards almost feeling like near my lymph nodes.
My appointment isn't until May 26 and I just can't stop worrying. Everything I have read on medical websites is leading me to believe that I may have testicular cancer. Has anyone else had these same symptoms and could possibly give me any answers on what this may be.

I'm glad to hear your Dr has set testing up for you. That's what I was thinking when I first started reading your post, a hernia. Try to hang in there and not worry, I know, easier sad than done. The 26th is right around the corner.
