Little bumps on Scrotum after shaving

Hello there, I'm just really concerned about something I've noticed and I'm hoping that you guys can fill me in :)

I'm 17 years old. I shaved my scrotum/penis for the first time for my girlfriend and about a week or so later, I have some bumps, much like pimples all over my scrotum but not my penis/skin above it.

I'd highly doubt it's an STD, but it's possible. I'm not sure what it is, or how to get rid of it.

It's most likely the hairs starting to grow back.  Sometimes the end of a hair can sort of get stuck underneath the skin, and pushes up beneath it, causing a bump.  I wouldn't worry about it too much, either shave again or just let the hairs grow back, whichever you want.  It'll sort itself out.
