Looking for advice for penis injury

I stretched my urethra and it won't heal. What should I do?

Is there a product that can moisturize the urethra, like chapstick?
If not, then I would think the solution would end up being to take a drug or supplement that can prevent erections. I think the main thing preventing this injury from healing is the erections I get while sleeping. I'm not sure which product would be the best to take, though.
Or perhaps there is another solution I'm not thinking of?

I'd like to avoid going to a doctor in person because walking around with pants could very well make this injury even worse.

This injury wouldn't have happened if I had some foreskin to protect myself, so please do not reply if you agree with non-consensual circumcision.
