Lose sensations to penis

Almost a month now that my penis became numb and my scrotum burning ,itching , numb and cold . I had study done for std and everything came back negatives. I feel pinch and tingle under my scrotum where my pelvic is .Doctor told me it was fungal skin infection that is the causing all it but I doubt it. Plus my lower back hurt . Is it possible that prostatitis is the cause or some nerve ? I look up pudental nerve .
